40K by 40

💪 It's our year-long challenge. 🍑

To prove age is just a number, Nate is going to do 40,000 push-ups in the year leading up to his 40th birthday.

It may sound a bit insane, but this is simply how Nate operates & decade challenges seem to be his thing...

In fact, one of Mel and Nate's earliest dates was at a track. Nate had decided he wanted to run a five-minute mile before turning 30 and needed Mel to time him. This was just supposed to be a training run, but she clocked him at 4:59!

To prove she's always up for anything, Mel has committed to 40,000 +1 squats in the same year.

Friendly competition is their love language, and they're excited to encourage, inspire and jest their way through the year-long challenge, together.

This shared drive: to dream big, break it down, and show up every day is what brought Mel and Nate together nearly a decade ago. And it's been a daily practice ever since that's helped them live their dream. They started Ritual OS and this challenge to help you live your dream too.
