Ritual OS is grounded in a training approach shaped by Gym Jones, a group known for its rigor, high physical standards, and mental discipline.

Nate was drawn to Gym Jones by a core belief: when you pursue elite physical and mental performance and learn to push past internal resistance, you begin to understand how much more you are capable of.

To become certified, Nate completed their full programming curriculum and passed physical standards that required strength, conditioning, and mental grit. This combination of knowledge and lived experience is the foundation for our program design.

Our workouts follow a proven structure:

This rotation trains your entire body across the week. Conditioning days still build muscular strength. Strength days still develop power and endurance. Every session begins and ends with intentional mobility work that supports joint health and long-term durability.

Nate owned and operated a series of gyms in San Francisco for almost a decade. Thousands of people have trained under this program, from beginners to elite athletes, and all have proven its effectiveness, physically and mentally.
