Frequently Asked Questions
General
Yes! We have an iOS app. Android users can use the web app, which works great on mobile browsers.
Habit Tracker
No. You can only select one ritual at a time. The goal is to keep it simple and focused. Start with one and build from there.
Yes! You can adjust the settings within the app to set a goal through the end of the calendar year, or pick a 12-month goal starting from whenever you begin.
Your streak will reset, but your total progress is always saved. The app will automatically recalculate how many reps you need per day to hit your goal. For example, if you wanted to do 1,000 push-ups in a month but missed a few days, the app will update your daily target so you stay on track. No math required.
Workouts
Yes. Bare minimum: a pair of dumbbells, a kettlebell, and something for cardio (jump rope or bodyweight movements like burpees). Recommended: dumbbells, kettlebells, barbell, erg or bike, and resistance bands.
Yes, but with a caveat. We provide video demos for every movement, but we're not a personal training platform. If you've never done strength training before, it may help to work with a friend or trainer who can check your form in person. For self-starters comfortable following video guidance, you'll do great.
Yes. These workouts are designed to challenge athletes at every level. The programming can be scaled up, and many experienced lifters find them more demanding than expected.
Nothing resets. We provide workouts five days a week and intentionally leave weekends unstructured so you can be active outdoors or with family. You can always go back and access prior days if you want to catch up.
Each workout is 60 minutes. Every session starts with a 5-minute hip flow (functional stretch), followed by banded warmups, then about 45 minutes of training.
The workouts follow six-week cycles using the CLU framework: Conditioning, Lower body, Upper body. This rotation trains your entire body across the week with built-in progression.
No. While there's some overlap in movements, our programming follows a different structure focused on longevity, balanced strength and conditioning, and sustainable progression.
Yes. No contracts, no lock-ins.
