Ritual OS provides tools to support fitness, habit building, and wellness, including:

• Habit tracking
• Workout logging (sets, reps, weights)
• Pre-built workout programs
• Personalized workout and fitness recommendations (including AI-generated suggestions)
• Leaderboards and community features
• Optional integrations with Apple Health, Google Fit, and WHOOP (current or future)
• Challenges and fitness sprints (no prizes or financial incentives)

We may add, remove, or update features at any time.

4. No Medical Advice (Health & Safety Disclaimer)

Ritual OS does not provide medical advice. All content, recommendations, workouts, and guidance—whether human-created or AI-generated—are for informational and educational purposes only.

You agree and acknowledge that:

• Ritual OS is not a medical provider.
• Ritual OS does not diagnose, treat, or prevent injuries, illnesses, or medical conditions.
• You should consult a physician before beginning any exercise program.
• You assume full responsibility for your participation in workouts, habits, and challenges.
• You must stop exercise immediately if you experience faintness, dizziness, pain, or shortness of breath.
• Ritual OS is not responsible for injuries, health issues, or adverse outcomes resulting from the use of the Services.
• Use of Ritual OS is entirely at your own risk.

5. Accounts & Security

5.1 Account Registration

• You must provide accurate, complete information when creating an account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.

5.2 Unauthorized Use

You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

5.3 Account Deletion

You may delete your account at any time from within the app, which will initiate data deletion consistent with our Privacy Policy.

7. Payment Terms & Subscriptions

7.1 Availability

Ritual OS offers:

• A monthly subscription
• An annual subscription
• Future one-time purchases, including wellness challenges and sprints

7.2 Payment Processing

Payments may be processed through:

• Apple App Store or Google Play (in-app purchases)
• Stripe or other third-party providers on our website

All billing and refund policies for in-app purchases are governed by the Apple App Store or Google Play Store, and we do not have authority to issue refunds for these purchases.

7.3 Automatic Renewal

Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the renewal date.

7.4 Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription anytime via:

• The Apple App Store
• The Google Play Store
• Your web billing portal (for Stripe-based subscriptions)

Cancellation prevents future charges but does not result in a retroactive refund.

8. Integrations (Apple Health, Google Fit, WHOOP)

If you choose to connect third-party fitness platforms:

• You grant Ritual OS permission to read permitted data for use within the app.
• We do not write or modify your health data on those platforms.
• You may disconnect integrations at any time from your device settings.
• Ritual OS is not responsible for data accuracy provided by third-party systems.

9. User Content

9.1 No User-Generated Content in the App

Ritual OS does not allow users to upload public-facing content inside the mobile app.

9.2 Voluntary Submissions for Marketing

If you choose to submit reviews, testimonials, photos, or other content to us (e.g., for social proof on our website), you grant us permission to use that content for marketing purposes.

You represent that you own the rights to anything you submit.

10. AI-Generated Recommendations

Ritual OS may use automated systems, including AI models, to generate workout or habit suggestions.

You acknowledge and agree that:

• AI recommendations may be inaccurate or unsuitable for your personal health conditions.
• You are solely responsible for verifying the safety of any activity.
• AI-generated outputs are not medical advice and should not be relied upon as such.

This clause protects you because AI recommendations introduce unique legal exposure if not disclaimed.

11. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the Services for unlawful purposes
• Reverse engineer, modify, or interfere with any part of the app
• Attempt to access accounts that are not yours
• Use automated systems (bots, scrapers) except where explicitly permitted
• Exploit bugs or vulnerabilities

We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations.

12. Intellectual Property

All branding, trademarks, workout programs, content, designs, software code, and features are owned by Operation LTD LLC and protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, redistribute, sell, or reproduce any part of the Services without written permission.

13. Disclaimers

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.

We do not guarantee:

• That workouts or recommendations will be accurate, safe, or effective
• That the app will operate without interruptions
• That data will be error-free or reliable

Use the Services at your own risk.

14. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• Ritual OS is not liable for any injury, health issue, damages, or losses arising from the use of the Services.
• Ritual OS is not responsible for inaccuracies in workout data, integrations, or AI-generated recommendations.
• Total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the past 12 months, if any.

Some jurisdictions do not allow such limitations; if so, the limitation applies to the maximum extent allowed.

15. Arbitration & Class Action Waiver

15.1 Mandatory Arbitration

Any dispute arising from these Terms or the use of the Services will be resolved through binding arbitration, not court litigation, except for small claims court.

15.2 Class Action Waiver

You agree to resolve disputes individually, and not as part of a class or collective action.

This clause is industry-standard and significantly reduces legal risk.

16. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time for violating these Terms or for other reasons such as fraud, misuse, or technical/security issues.

You may delete your account at any time via the app.

17. Updates to These Terms

We may update or modify these Terms from time to time. Updates will be posted with a revised "Last Updated" date. Continued use of Ritual OS constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
